Mahila Samridhi Yojna (MSY) & Gujarat Shafai Karmchari New Scheme 2020

For the first time in the history of the country, the Gujarat government has launched a state level campaign to divert the janitors engaged in unsanitary occupations to other clean occupations.  Established Gujarat Sweepers Development Corporation on 9-10-2001 and spent Rs.  2.00 crore with a share capital of Rs.  In the year 2016-17, the share capital of the corporation is Rs.  20.00 crore has been sanctioned.  Against which Rs.  16.00 crore share capital has been repaid.

Objective:
 The objective of Gujarat Sweepers Development Corporation is to rehabilitate the Sweepers and their dependents in the state by providing them necessary loans, assistance and training so that they and their dependents can lead a dignified life.  The Corporation is committed to achieve success in various fields by taking advantage of various schemes including loan, housing, educational loan, sanitary, training and insurance fumes.

Eligibility to obtain credit:
 Corporation schemes for workers in the age group of 18 to 40 years and their dependents (parents / spouses) on the basis of the certificate issued by the concerned competent authority for the same in urban and rural areas as specified in the survey conducted by the Government.  The benefits are worthwhile.Direct credit scheme:
 Adding Marginum to the loan given by National Sweepers Finance and Development Corporation, New Delhi to Gujarat Sweepers Development Corporation.  Bells, tailor shop, etc. For the employment of business cleaners and for the rehabilitation of their dependents, an individual Rs.  Loans up to Rs 15.00 lakh are provided at 3% interest.  Presenting the project in the group, Rs.  Projects up to Rs 15.00 lakh have also been approved.  Beneficiary's contribution is given as interest free loan of 108 margin from the state government.  From the year 2001 to March 2017, Rs.  A loan of Rs 12.5 crore has been disbursed.

The choices are as follows.
(1) Mahila Samrudhi Yojana (MSY):
 Rs.  Lending up to Rs. 50,000 / -  No interest is offered.  The repayment period is 3 years (4 h a).  Under this scheme up to 500 subsidy is available.

(2) Women Empowerment Scheme (MAY)
 Rs.  Loan up to Rs. 1,00,000 / -  No. Arv is given at an interest rate.  The repayment period is 5 years (20 installments).  20 under this scheme.  As long as the subsidy is receivable.(3) Micro Credit Finance Scheme (MCF)
 Beneficiaries will get Rs.  Lending up to Rs.  No interest is paid, the repayment period is 3 years (2 installments).  201 under this scheme.  As long as the subsidy is receivable.

(4) Term loan
 Rs.  50,000 / - and Rs.  Loan up to Rs. 15.00 lakhs  No interest is offered.  Repayment period is 5 years (30 installments), 30 under this scheme.  To 12.  Subsidies up to Rs.  (Maximum Rs. 5,000 / - subsidy)

(1) Educational Loan Scheme: The Corporation is constantly working for the janitors and their dependent children to get higher education and gain a prominent place in the society.  Provide vocational or technical education at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels to children of janitors, including janitors and their dependents, such as engineering, medical, management, advocacy physiotherapy, pathology, nursing, hotel management and tourism, p.  , Language, B.C.A.  M.C.A.  , Journalism and Mass Communication etc. Rs.  10.00 lakh and for study abroad Rs.  50.00 lakh is given subject to maximum loan limit.  Loans are given to male students at the rate of 8.5% per annum.  The loan repayment period is 3 years (20 installments) from the time of getting the job or one year of completion of the course whichever is earlier.

  (2) Training Scheme: Under this scheme the following types of training are imparted by the National Sweepers Finance and Development Corporation by the reputed institutes.  Beneficiaries are also paid toolkits and stipends during the training.  Organization Affiliate Program.  Skills training program.  In the last three years, 2110 trainees have been trained in trades like commuter operator, motor rewinding, tailoring, embroidery, agarbatti, beauty parlor etc. through ATDC and MPCON by the Entrepreneurship Development Program Corporation.
 (2) Pandit Dindayal Upadhyay Antyodaya Sanitation Market (Sanitary Mart) Scheme Under this scheme, the age limit of 15 to 6 years for cleaners or their dependents for registered and co-operative societies for construction and sale of water hygiene equipment and materials, etc.  Or a maximum of 10 members of their dependents and a maximum of 5 members.  Loans / assistance up to Rs.  The main sponsor of the society should have passed minimum standard 8.  There is also a provision for imparting technical as well as vocational training to the members of the Sanitary Mart Society for which the beneficiaries undergoing the training are paid a monthly stipend of Rs.  500 / - stipend is paid.  By March 2018, Rs.  1.5 crore loan / assistance has been paid.
a(3)  Awareness Camp Awareness Camps are organized by the Corporation at district level and taluka level to create awareness among the janitors and their dependents about the various schemes of the Corporation and to enable them to benefit immensely from the schemes of the Corporation.
